Deputy Chief Executive

Salary £70,000 – £84,693 pa (depending on experience) + benefits

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a strong commitment to our mission and values to take on a key role within Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland (the Foundation). This person will contribute to leadership of our team, ensuring delivery of our strategy with its aim of making a difference to the lives of people in Scotland and beyond, by encouraging positive change, opportunity, fairness and growth of aspirations.

This role comes at an exciting time for the Foundation and a time of significant challenge for many of those we exist to serve.

Our historic relationship with Lloyds Banking Group will conclude in 2019 and our Trustees have taken a firm view on our future direction. In early 2014 we launched our 3-year strategy which focused on three strategic objectives: be the best grant maker we can be; reach communities traditional grant making doesn’t; and work with other grant makers to share expertise. This spring we will launch our next strategic plan, supported by a rebrand. This will have at its heart a focus on work that enables people and communities to thrive and that contributes to lasting change.

If you are passionate about creating a fairer society, working alongside and listening to others and taking forward bold ideas then we would love to hear from you.
