Finance Manager

C. £35,000 pa (dependent on experience)
OFFICE BASE EDINBURGH

For 30 years, Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland has contributed to improving the lives of disadvantaged individuals and communities, giving almost £120 million through close to 14,300 grants to charities across Scotland. In 2014, the Foundation devised a progressive new strategy to help meet the ever-changing needs of Scottish communities.

Our new strategy has three objectives:
1. to be the best grant-maker that we can be: through progressive grant-making.
2. to reach communities that grant-making doesn’t: through an innovative asset-based community empowerment programme.
3. to support other grant-maker: through offering our expertise via a social enterprise.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the development and operation of the Foundation’s financial systems, processes, and activities; ensuring the security of the Foundation’s assets; and providing financial reports, advice, and support to colleagues and Trustees to enable them to make sound business decisions.
